Reporting Results: We understand the high level of anxiety associated with paternity testing and in order to expedite the results we have several options available for you to receive your results as soon as the test is complete.

We can safely give your results over the telephone if you properly identify yourself by answering case-sensitive questions and giving us your password. (For confidentiality purposes, we will not acknowledge that your case exists until you answer these questions). We can be reached by telephone toll free at 866-344-8378. Our client service telephone hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (West Coast) 7 days a week or via e-mail.

Paternity Experts Refund Policy:

Cancellation on same day as order:
Refund = Cost of Product/Service LESS shipping or postage charges incurred.

Cancellation within one month of order date:
To get a refund, the kit must be returned to our office. No refund will be issued until the kit is returned.Refund = Cost of Product/Service LESS shipping charges LESS $25 service fee

Cancellation after one month of order date:
Kit is NON-REFUNDABLE if client has not contacted us about returning the kit within one month of purchase

Cancellation of Legal Testing:
Refund = Cost of Service LESS $50 per person service fee
